Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. Available destinations can vary by product and are confirmed at checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. US orders of $50 or more qualify for free Economy shipping.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by product, destination and carrier. Any delivery estimate is an estimate only, not a guaranteed delivery date.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we provide tracking information when it's available. You can also check your orders by signing in to your account.
Will my order arrive in one package?
Orders with several products may ship separately and arrive at different times. You won't be charged extra shipping for split shipments unless stated at checkout.
Refunds & replacements
Can I return an item?
We don't accept physical returns. Instead, we offer a refund or replacement if your item arrives damaged, is defective or doesn't work as described, if you received the wrong item, or if your order was lost or not delivered.
How do I request a refund or replacement?
Email supportbeasockstore@gmail.com with your order number, a short description of the issue and, where applicable, photos of the item and packaging.
When will I get my refund?
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.
What doesn't qualify?
Change of mind, choosing the wrong size, color or product, and items that no longer suit your preference after delivery. If you're unsure about a size or feature, please contact us before ordering.
Orders
Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel or change orders that haven't been processed for shipment yet.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are handled through Shopify's secure checkout and our payment providers.
